LIMIT OF LIABILITY  We use the utmost care when handling your images.  However, submitting any film, print, slide, negative, digital media, or digital image to this firm for processing, printing, and/or other services constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film & processing, or equivalent unused media.  Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company and/or agents of the film, print, slide, negative, digital media, or digital image is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Photo Fast reserves the right to alter its policies at any time with out notice. Photo Fast provides hyperlinks to other sites; Photo Fast accepts no responsibility for the content of these sites, their representations or gives any warranty with respect to any information or products contained at these sites.  Photo Fast is not liable for any damages or injury arising from the content of these other sites.  Should you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

COPYRIGHTS  Under NO circumstances will Photo Fast or any of its agents copy copyright protected materials without the proper copyright releases.  Copyright protected material is any original material/images that are owned by the author.  Possessing a copy of an original does not constitute ownership.  Prints are not originals except in the case where the print was the original media the image was composed on (e.g. Polaroid™, instant prints).  Prints, technically, are copies of negatives, slides, or digital images.  Copy negatives and slide duplicates are not considered originals.  If you commission a photographer to take a picture of you or any of your possessions, you do not share copyrights with the photographer even though you or your possessions are the subject, unless both parties have made such an agreement that states otherwise.  Such an agreement may be the purchase of the original negatives, slides, or digital images; or an agreement for shared rights without the possession of the originals such as a copyright release form.  More information on copyrights can be found at  http://www.loc.gov/copyright/

PRIVACY POLICY  All customer information collected on this website is used for order tracking, completion, and sales statistics conducted solely by Photo Fast and will not be sold, shared, or distributed to any other persons or entities.  All customer email, addresses, and phone numbers are considered private and confidential.  This information will not be sold, shared, distributed  to any other persons or entities; or used for unsolicited mailings by other entities.  Please contact customerservice@photofastonline.com immediately if you receive unsolicited third-party email in connection with the use of our site, or if you experience pop-up ads while visiting our website.

Your images are considered confidential.  We do not make it a practice to censor the subject or contents of materials submitted to our firm.  However, our printing technicians do reserve the right to refuse service in the event the contents are deemed too offensive to be printed.  Your images do have to be viewed by our technicians to ensure quality and proper order completion.  In the instance that the content of the material submitted to this firm contains images depicting child pornography, illegal sexual activities or violence with persons under the age of 18 y/o, or with animals, your order will be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Pictures of your children running through the house naked is not child pornography unless it is depicted in a sexual manner, but it might be quite humorous or embarrassing at a later point in your child's life.  More information on child pornography, obscenity, or illicit behavior  can be found at http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS  Returns are unusual, and refunds are scarce because we take such care in providing you with the highest quality of work possible.  In the event that you return material to be redone you must return all of the following:  The material to be redone, the original packaging, the original order form, and your original color and/or cropping guides.  Because everyone's tastes for color and cropping vary we cannot guarantee cropping results without a cropping guide, nor can we match color to your tastes without a color guide or regularly established business with us.  If you do not submit a color guide when you submit the original order, color quality is determined by the technician completing your order and will not be redone without an additional charge unless deemed unacceptable by a store manager.  Color standards are based on the Kodak™ Q-60© color targeting system.  For refunds you must return the, the original packaging, the original order form, your original color and/or cropping guides, and the original receipt.  Returning such items does not constitute a refund.  A refund will only be honored if we cannot fix the problem, or provide you with the service that you require.  If you have further questions regarding returns and refunds please contact customerservice@photofastonline.com
